Huituo rotary 2-in-1 filling and capping machine applied in medical industry
1.The 2-in-1 filling and capping machine includes 24-head roatry filling machine and 6-head rotary capping machine. It uses screw rod to separate the bottle before filling position. It is composed of control system, conveying device, photoelectric detection, feeding device, storage tank, liquid level control device, filling station, capping station with unqualified products rejection etc.
2. The electrical control part is composed of PLC and frequency converter, which features high integration, strong control ability and reliable operation. The touch screen makes the operation of the machine more reliable and convenient, and the human-machine interface is more friendly. Photoelectric sensors use advanced sensing components to make the machine's electromechanical integration a perfect performance.
3. It can be widely used for a variety of bottle and cap types. Simple adjustment and replacement of changeover parts are required, when changing production, which not only saves costs, but also greatly improves the efficiency and productivity of the entire line.
The bottle-in screw is processed by contour design; Precise and fast bottle feeding; Gentle movements, no damage to bottle.
Storage tank
It is composed of the main tank body, the feeding pipe, the cleaning pipe, cleaning ball, the liquid level detection sensor, and the mechanical safety valve etc. The liquid level sensor uses a guided wave radar and has a continuous liquid level detection function. The replenishment of the tank is performed according to the feedback signal of the liquid level detection. When the liquid level is at the set low liquid level, the butterfly valve opens and starts to replenish. When the high liquid level is set, the butterfly valve closes and stops feeding.
Filling head
Specially designed filling nozzle with high precision and long service life.
Bottle positioning
Each filling station uses the imitation template to position the bottle.
Cap-sending
Cap-sending channel: air supply (power source: blower); The cap-sending channel design has upside cap removal.
Capping head
Three-jaw quick change structure, approximately 360° embrace, stable and reliable grasping cover

Template changeover
For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring. The template and puck are color-coded to distinguish between different specifications.
Unqualified product rejection
A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor is installed at the bottle exiting part. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no inner cap and no outer cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.
The mechanical method, combined with photoelectricity is used to detect whether there is inner cap and pressed properly, which can ensure that the outer cap is not capping without the inner cap.
Safety door
All doors are installed with limit switch to make sure machine stops and sends warning signal when door is open. All production area machines with movable guard are electrically interlocked to completely shut down the main drive and control circuit and bring all machine movement to a rapid stop immediately upon opening the guard.
