Filling process

The transmission system drives the piston of the filling device to move downwards and suck the material in the storage box into the metering cylinder. Then the transmission system reversely drives the piston of the filling device to move upwards, and injects the material in the metering cylinder into the discharge pipe, and fills the container into the container through the discharge nozzle.

The servo motor drives the diving device to quickly reach the bottom of the bottle, so that the filling head is inserted into the bottle to the specified position. At this time, the filling control valve is opened for filling, and the filling is raised while filling, and the filling head is slowly raised to the specified position. Lift the mouth of the bottle and the filling process is now completed.

After filling, the bottles enter to the capping parts. First, the bottles will enter the station plate one by one.
